Who We Are
Apprenticeship Works is transforming how Chattanooga and Hamilton County approach workforce development. We’re a team dedicated to connecting talented individuals with meaningful careers while helping employers build the skilled workforce they need to thrive. The heart of our mission lies in connecting residents with apprenticeship and career opportunities that build skills, strengthen communities, and create lasting pathways to success.
Apprenticeship Works
Apprenticeship Works is a coalition of businesses, local governments, schools, nonprofits, foundations, and community partners that have come together to strengthen and grow the apprenticeship ecosystem in Hamilton County and Chattanooga.
The Apprenticeship Works project strives to be a one-stop shop for apprenticeship opportunities across the Hamilton County and Chattanooga communities.
OUR MISSION:
Apprenticeship Works has three objectives:
Strengthen the entire apprenticeship ecosystem.
Expand existing pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship opportunities.
Add new and innovative pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship opportunities.

Director of Engagement & Strategic Initiatives
As Director of Engagement and Strategic Initiatives for Apprenticeship Works, I’m driven by a deep commitment to community and the belief that we all rise together. This role allows me to channel my passion for service into creating meaningful opportunities for Chattanoogans, while helping employers discover exceptional talent and understand the transformative benefits of registered apprenticeship programs for their hiring and professional development strategies.
Outside of work, you’ll find me trail-running on Lookout Mountain, cheering on my teenage son as he navigates life, enjoying my husband’s culinary creations, and spending quality time with my family.
